Shipping Costs and Delivery Times:
• Shipping costs (USA): We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
• Delivery time (USA): We estimate that it will take approximately 17-20 business days for your order to be delivered within the USA. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances.
Order Modifications or Cancellations:
• We understand that plans can change, and you may need to make modifications or cancel your order. You have a 12-hour window from the time of purchase to contact us free of charge for order modifications or cancellations.
• Once 12-24 hours have passed, your order will have entered the processing and production stage. If you request a cancellation at this point, a cancellation charge of 30% of the total bill will be applicable.
• Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations requested after 24 hours of placing the order, as the production process will have begun.
